This was well known and within the expectations of analysts and the market. Most people are looking at the contract terms and if they're on schedule to deliver. The revenue and income just gets booked when they deliver. Year-to-year comparisons will be up and down --it's helpful to smooth the deliver and revenue numbers over 3-4 quarters to see the trends.

Last years BW1 season was 26. This year they have ReBoot3, followed by BW2 (13 episodes) followed by either more BW, Closing Time or MDK stuff. In the background is the IMAX, and movie work. The BW should be quicker to market if they don't have to model many new characters. Hopefully more international sales will smooth it out in the next 12 months. I think they said they are on a pace for 900+ minutes this FY (Mar98) versus 400+ last year. Ultimately that should be the revenue growth rate.

Basically, as expected on the rev and income front. I'm a little frustrated we haven't seen many analysts initiate coverage. Either they're waiting for more news, or are slowly getting around to it. We'll start to make good money if they can keep up the pace of new projects and maybe land a few more big deals like IMAX, EA and, of course, conclude a movie deal --the real money maker. The company had projected they could move the Seahorse movie to fruition by year end. Hopefully, they are on that pace with it or some other one. I just have to keep reminding myself to ignore Mr. Market (the share price) for the rest of the year and look at it in 4 months. Mr. Market does not know much about this one. Patience...
