While we spend our tax dollars on F-22's, the rest of the developed world spends theirs on taking care of their citizens. Who're the chumps? Eisenhower warned us on his way out, about the military-industrial-government complex. Both parties are equally guilty of perpetuating this sin. As a "jobs" program, it's just bad for us, and bad for the world.
