A majority in the red states have decided that having a smart President intimidates them. They'd rather have a C student who couldn't get a real job without family ties, but seems like a good ole boy. One they'd like to have a beer with, but who can't get up in front of the nation and form a coherent sentence without teleprompters. One who claims to be a God-fearing Christian, but rarely goes to church. One who slings mud via surrogates, but has a more checkered past than Don King. One who claims to advocate personal responsibility, yet exhibits none in his administration.

They thought they got Bubba when they voted for Clinton, but he fooled them. He was smart. Now, they've made sure that the Presidency is occupied by 'one of their own'.

'Bubba Bush'.

Underachievement has finally reached the top. And the red states love it...
