"The insurgents are taking the country back." I do not believe it is accurate to refer to these people as insurgents. It is my understanding that these are mainly elements of the military from the previous regime, i.e. the army that didn't put up much resistance to the invasion. Apparently this strategy of guerilla resistance was planned well in advance of the invasion. In other words, the war was never won. Gib
