Universal Communication Systems, Inc. Announces a Legal Notice

Notice to All Shareholders of (UCSY) of Class Action Formation:
The company recently filed a lawsuit against LYCOS Inc., and former parent TERRA NETWORKS S.A. and their subsidiary RAGING BULL.
One of the claims of the lawsuit seeks to recover losses incurred as a result of manipulation of the price of UCSY stock, attributable to postings appearing on the UCSY Message Board of the Raging Bull Web site.
You, as a shareholder of the company, are invited to join the class action lawsuit against LYCOS Inc., et al, if you have had trading losses during the period of November 1st 2001 through current, and/or feel that your investment in UCSY has been damaged and has lost value as a result of the actions of LYCOS Inc., et al, as alleged in the lawsuit.
In responding to this notice please indicate in writing to the law firm of Faro & Associates in Miami, FL, attention: John Faro, FAX # 305 424 1114, or by EMAIL: johnf75712@aol.com stating the basis of your claims, to include the dates you purchased and sold the shares, the number of shares, the applicable prices, and your claimed losses. In addition, if you purchased shares in the company during the foregoing period that are now substantially depressed in current value, you should also submit details of these UCSY holdings to include your purchase price.
You will not be asked for any costs, nor will you have to pay for any of the ongoing costs of the litigation. Should the company be successful in its claims, you will become a participant in the class of plaintiffs, and share in any amount awarded to the class.
You are invited to respond to this notice within 30 days.
