Perhaps you misunderstood the comment. There are two "real" releases of the Naudet tape. From comments I've seen by those who claim to have viewed both versions, the second version is missing the frames which show the "white flash".
I just ordered a copy of what I hope is the first version, and hopefully the resolution is good enough to identify the anomalies others have reported seeing. I'll post something on the subject when I've had a chance to view the tape.

As close as I can tell, the only "straw men" kicking around are the self appointed leaders of this so called "truth movement". Persons such as Mike Ruppert who spent several years discounting evidence 9/11 was an inside job, then jumped on the bandwagon by trying to tie 9/11 to some half witted nonsense by oil peekers, then happily declared the war over and lost.
Then you have the ostrich theorists, who claim anything they don't personally understand doesn't exist. White flashes, or an apparent bump on the plane that shouldn't be there, must be the work of a clandestine crowd playing evil tricks with PhotoShop. The strategy seems to be to chant Na na, Na na Na a few times before stuffing their heads in the sand.
If you want a quick acid test for truth, find out where these self appointed movement leaders stand on the Zionist connections to members of PNAC, and on the Mossad involvement in 9/11. Or better yet, check to see if they are devoting their resources to asking Bush buddies for another investigation. At this late date, it should be obvious to even the least enlightened that any independent investigation that takes place will have to be conducted independently.
How many of these so called truth movers are using the funds collected from the faithful to hire experts to analyze and verify the huge body of evidence collected by independent researchers? How many of these truth movers have a practical program to disseminate such an expert report and body of evidence to mainstream America once it has been documented?
