Of course within IE you can navigate to Tools, Internet Options, General, Settings, and View Files and delete unwanted cookies... Or at Tools, Internet Options, General, and Settings there is a button to delete all cookies... Also, there are levels of general cookie rules at Tools, Internet Options, and Privacy...
