The WTC was a master work of terrorism by Islamic religious fundamentalists, we don't need cold war weapon systems to fight them. It's only a "war" because Bush calls it that. They'd be much better fought by collective intelligence with on board cooperating allies and small commando units. Iraq, obviously, had nothing to do with it.
The arms build ups by the Axis powers before WWII were apparent to anyone paying attention( which we didn't ). The only country with a similar unnecessary beefing up of it's military today is the good old USA! Just more paranoia, that you've bought hook line and sinker. Unless of course, WE'RE going to take over the world!
