Precisely those 95%. What is it about the rest of the world that they were able to throw off despotism? I'll tell you what it is. The West was willing to pay the price of civil war. The Muslim countries have to be willing to pay the price as well. Freedom doesn't come easy. But it seems the Muslim world wants to blame the U.S. for their lack of freedom on the one hand, but blame us for occupying Iraq when we fight for freedom on the other hand. Seems pretty hypocritical to me.
