I think few people would argue that Saddam was bad and it would be better if he was not in power. Many people, including Mark Brown, however do not see it as the US role to go out and change regimes.

At least Mr. Brown is now reflecting that he may be wrong. That is a lot more than many in these forums will do if Pres. Bush succeeds in his ME endeavors.
