Boxer’s Attack On Rice Based On Lies January 31, 2005 By Mary Mostert, Banner of Liberty Condoleeza Rice is probably the best qualified person in America today to become Secretary of State. I understand that you all think she is the best qualified. There are many of us who don't agree. And there are many of us that consider her to be one of the key people to misrepresent the reasons for going to war against Iraq. I see nothing that she has done or accomplished that qualifies her for S of S. What I am learning is that accomplishments and competency mean little to the right.
