Yeah, this last move is nothing but upper management dealing riches to itself. It's really rather egregious. How many lottery tickets are they going to get prior to the data event? To an extent, I can understand why the medical / clinical people would get some type of incentive grant (not 100K free shares). But VP of finance? I guess it doesn't hurt to be the boss's brother. As you said, the timing is completely irresponsible. I'm shaking my head over the fact that I own any shares at all. I should have it examined.
