At least it is a very positive signal. Especially as they cannot do much more about anything that will influence the outcome. Apart from putting together the NDA. The case is for all practical matter closed. We and they just have to wait for the verdict. To tie the vesting to an approval under such circumstances does of course mean that they very strongly believe there will be an approval. Erik
