Many of us agree that Broadwing has:

1. The most advanced, most efficient, easiest to deploy/provision all-optical national network. Corvis/Broadwing has been touting this for 4-5 years years. We have so far seen no serious challenge to their claim.

2. About the highest ratio of revenue/employee (1600 workers assuming $820-850 m revenue)

I'm not sure about this anymore. If it were true bwng should be an openly discussed takeover target and they should be adding customers at a much faster rate. Management is awful and they are telling all that the stock is still overvalued. BTW has anyone spoken to Dawn in the past 5 months or is she just an answering machine voice? And does anyone have any idea just what managements current business plan is?
