Where on earth are you getting your information? Hitler was against the trade unions and favored the industrialists. Heck, many of them funded his rise to power and Hitler rewarded loyalty. The only ones that wound up in the camps were the ones that didn't support him or tried to do things like hide Jews. Hitler punished those that didn't toe the line.

And yes, Dubya has some of these qualities...
