I don't follow your comments on the warrants. Since they were exercisable at $1.35 when the stock was trading around $1.60, we can presume all will have been exercised. It doesn't matter what you paid for the warrant - 15 cents or 75 cents. You gain 25 cents by exercising the warrant and selling the share no matter what you bought the warrant for in the first place. I suppose it is possible that there may be some short term downward price pressure if some of these new shareholders don't want to hold the stock. That doesn't worry me - just gives us a chance to buy more stock. Might impact earnings per share in the short term though with more shares outstanding. Spoke to the company today and they said July sales were 416 units and August will exceed 500! The VP I spoke to felt that this quarter would be very good (best yet). He is also a shareholder. I asked about patent protection. The item patented is the gasket connecting the air cooler to the engine. Competitors produce aluminum coolers too but they are welded to the engine. This is where they have problems cracking etc. The silicon gasket expands and contracts with the changing temperatures without a problem. I have booked a flight to Calgary to attend the annual meeting of shareholders on September 17th. I hope to meet some of the company people and get a better feel for things. I may also visit the office which is not far from where I will be staying. I am originally from Calgary and have family and friends there to visit there as well. If anyone would like me to present a question or two at the annual meeting, please let me know. Regards, Randy
