Looking over PHM report. They cleared about $71,000 per unit settled upon this quarter. Before corporate expenses. 24% profit in the selling price. They are carrying about $7.4 Billion of inventory. Looks to me to be almost 10 months worth of sales at cost. Assuming current demand. When demand dries up these things are going to bust big. When..........
