Again, bankruptcy means liabilities exceed assets. Cash outflows will exceed inflows by 2018 and the SS Trust Fund assets will be depleted by 2042. All net outflows at that point will have to be funded somehow, or benefits will have to be reduced.

You don't think this is a problem? This is so basic to me, I just don't see why others can't see that running a deficit is not good.
