4:47PM Asyst beats by $0.08, ex items; guides in-line (ASYT) 4.34 +0.09: Reports Q3 (Dec) loss of $0.04 per share, $0.08 better than the Reuters Estimates consensus of ($0.12); revenues rose 115.5% year/year to $161.4 mln vs the $135.8 mln consensus. Company issues in-line guidance for Q4 (Mar), sees EPS of loss of $0.10-0.14, ex items vs. Reuters Estimates consensus of ($0.13) on revs of $120-130 mln, consensus $122.7 mln.
