While Nevada does have scenic beauty, it certainly can't be compared to Iowa or California's Central Valley. As far as agriculture is concerned, you're blowing smoke.

This was written by someone living in Central Oregon's High Desert where we have plenty of beauty, but we live by the curse of living in what gardeners call "Arctic Zone One". I.e. we can have killing frosts 12 months of the year. From the viewpoint of a farmer, much of Central Oregon and much of Nevada are beautiful wastelands. That's just reality. No need to spin this stuff, coug.
