I'm not. I'm in favor of a mandatory military only for the sons and daughters of those who authorize a war. For everyone else it should be optional.

Obviously that can not be done but that better reflects how I feel about this.

I do not think it would have stopped this invasion.
Find me a rule that would have, and I might be for it.
Elimination of Bush's pre-emptive warfare doctrine is certainly required.
