In my opinion, "Pluvia" is the most obnoxious and hateful person I have ever met in cyberspace. His "harsh" tone, as he likes to call it, has no place in civil discourse. I am not proud of the fact that I frequently responded in kind. I am no saint - you will find plenty of rude posts from me as well. Still, I think I have finally caught "Steve" redhanded in a lie. I don't believe that there ever was a "sales staff" Premier Laser employee that gave him a heads up on unshipped lasers. And as a former warrantholder, I feel I may have been harmed by the posts he made alleging such. Today I began persuing some remedies.
