Perhaps as a growth story it is not interesting, but as a revaluation story it is. The trusts are paying on avg $40,000 per flowing BOE for acquisitions in 2004 (slightly more for NG than oil), but the valuation of the assets as trusts is on avg at $60,000 per BOE. If a junior converts, they also enjoy this new valuation.
