CNES - the skinny is that approval for their wireless meter reading base station product is imminent from the FCC. It has already been certified by the FCC certified lab, and approval is expected in the next week or two. The speculation beyond this anticipated event is that contracts with revenues with utilities will follow shorly after FCC approval. Not an unreaosonable assumption to make. If that is the case, no reason why it can't visit a penny.
