Rob - Thanks for the explanation and good info. I've got a fairly significant investment in Tencor so I'm very interested to hear how they're doing from a customer's perspective. Aside from the multiple stack capability, are Therma Wave and Tencor comparable, i.e. can you use their products interchangably and get similar performance in terms of accuracy, etc.? Do you think that Tencor will be able to bridge the gap with fairly short-term improvements such as new software algorithms, etc., or are there fundamental differences in the basic technology that would preclude Tencor from achieving comparable performance? I'd be very interested in your viewpoints on these questions.
