Hitler was against the trade unions and favored the industrialists.

Hitler was for the industrialists who would favor the interests of the government, or since he controlled the government, Hitler was for the industrialists who would support him and his agenda. He wasn't about supporting their agenda. He would treat them decently well if they fell in to line, all of which was about controling them and gaining more power not about supporting the industrialists.
