Progno; You must get one of the chameleon hide ones, they are manageable.
Painted concrete is tacky until the paint dries, then it is Elvis Prime Decor.
Will check the sunsite.

It has the ability to become a lingua franca of computer languages, esp for the embedded stuff, it will make people portable(job mobile, not transmissible by wire)
But I think it will never become a competitor for Win95 in the sense that you would have a choice of OS, and then can buy all the same software to run on it.(each compiled for win95 or Java) I think that would be a colossal job and there may be so much hidden stuff in Win95 that it will never be supplanted. Remember DR DOS, it was runnable for selected programs that you had tested, but step outside that at your peril. I think it will not become more than a bit player in desktops though, small applets for delineated tasks. I am curious about the Marimba system and will look at their site to see what they are about.
