I'm trying to keep the discussion here civil. I generally have an open mind about issues and as I've said, if your firm was motivated by transaction fees to recommend a high level of trading and didn't disclose that, I would agree that there is a legitimate complaint.

Regardless, I think you are trying to frame the discussion as such: "They did wrong therefore all my losses should be compensated." You do not seem willing to look to your own responsibilities in the loss of your funds.

You claim to have made $500k in a short period of time. Why did you change your methods? When you did, how did you decide which of their "calls" to trade? You couldn't possibly do them all. When your experiences showed consistent losses, why didn't you step back and return to what worked for you?

I'm looking for an understanding why you claim to have been blindly led down the path to ruin when you also claim to be a fairly bright guy.

That doesn't compute....
