Louis, as a 'former warrantholder' you haven't been
harmed by Pluvia's lil' ole posts on SI. You engaged
in a transaction that had some risk. I could have gone
onto the PLSIA thread and said that they are really a fast
food chain and didn't know lasers from lard. If the
value of your warrants went down, it's because the
market decided so...

Let's try it:

Tomorrow, you buy some PLSIA -- just a small amount
that you don't mind losing.

Then I'll make an untruthful post on the PLSIA thread
saying that the company hasn't sold one darn laser and
doesn't intend to -- in fact, their real business is to
smuggle cocaine-laced hamburgers into Mexico.

Afterwards, you can attempt to have your lawyers crawl
all over my butt, but they'll decline.

The reason why they will decline is found in the SI
Terms of Use which is linked at the bottom of nearly
all SI screens you arrive at when you use this forum:

"You should exercise discretion and skepticism before
relying on information in these messages, since it may
be incorrect or misleading. Users may pretend to be people
that they're not. You rely on information posted by other
users solely at your own risk."

Good Luck with your suit -- hope it fits.
