I think those specific but undisclosed performance goals are pretty commonplace. Heck ICGE board of directors gave the management team performence bonuses while the price of the shares fell from $250 to .46! Nothing surprises me after the Sepracor options repricing. I wonder if anyone ever calculated how much that cost shareholders. Here the amount of freebees is $15MM tops. seems like chump change if the approval comes about.
