Buck, My understanding of EIA is that there is the weekly partial storage survey and a monthly survey with a more complete universe of storage operators (and perhaps more detailed info, I'm not sure about this). So when the more complete monthly data comes is, an adjustment is made in the weekly numbers to account for this anamoly. KJ
