Altair~ i am hopelessly behind in reading the thread, but did catch the mention that I would have fit in on the Lewis & Clark expedition. Yeppers, that would have been my kind of adventure! I'll probably being doing a couple of modified L&C type adventures over the coming spring-summer-fall season. And you ran in several Boston marathons! Wow! That's kewl! Uhm... let's see... oh yeah.. rah rah rah!!! (that's me shouting encouragement to all of the NNBM diet group). Let's see.. in other happenings. Spent a day making a rather large circuit checking to see if there were Trumpeter swans back at a river where I found some last year. There were 3 there this time, so that was neat. (There's a Trumpeter swan reintroduction program on up here, so they're starting to make a small comeback). Also watched a nice Great Gray owl hunting for mice or voles.
