We should be handing policing duties to Iraqis as fast as we can train them.

And don't you think the Israelis should be handling police duties in the Gaza strip over to the Pal refugees as soon as the Israelis can train them? I mean, its the exact same thing, right? Oops, it seems instead the Israelis have decided to just keep the land under their control for almost 40 years, and are upset that the stateless people there don't like them and try to kil them. Surprise!
