Nobody of course is arguing this (try to be honest, Buddy). But many argue that terrorists caught on battlefield trying to kill Americans don't have the same rights as you are me. That many on your side say they do says more about their disdain for America and Americans. Of course their hatred for Bush SHINES through in their idiotic and un-Ameircan "arguments".
