Tony, It was about the recent changes in the NASDAQ listing requirements,that going to start in FEBRUARY of 1998 all NASDAQ including the NASDAQ smallcap must have a minimum bid price of $1.00.If the bid price falls below $1.00 the company will have 90 days to bring the price back upto $1.00BID or more. The stock price must be $1.00 BID or higher for a minimum of 10 days to stay listed.If the company fails to meet the minimum BID rule they will be moved to the OTC//BB or the company can do a reverse split to bring the price up.Just a reminder in case some,don't know don't want anybody to get caught with there pants down.
