Well homebuilders and financial insitutions are up over 10 fold in the past 4-5 years. During the same time frame the stock market is down and percentage of workforce employed is down. Wages are flat, prices of things people need rising at double digit rates and home affordablilty at record lows. That tells us all we need to know about how unbalanced this economy has become and who the winners and losers are.
