if you've been watching..you'll see that NONE of the bazillion PR's of late have done anything to the PPS except drive it down. The 'fluff o gram's aren't working.

MM's and everyone else simply do NOT care about Q's progress reports anymore. It's blatently reflected in the PPS. The ONLY thing that will move it is a PR with MAJOR carrier announcments, as well as share reduction and legitimate financial filings.

The Carriers PR may happen sooner than we think. The financials one, otoh...who the hell knows.
