Doug: I don't know how difficult it would be to convert an SMT line to flip chip work. I'll just guess and say, probably not too difficult. If SMT specialization is mastered, the competence is probably there to master flip chip. My hope is that flip chip is such a small amount of business for SMT people that they would offload to specialists like SFLX who have expertise and (I'd like to believe)proprietary equipment/processes.
