Do you have any idea what the maximum monthly SS benefit is?...I've been playing with the numbers using Kenneth's claims....Just using his raw contribution dollars without adjustments of any kind and a monthly payout of $1500, it would take over 10 years just for the return of contributions....Throw in a compound rate of just 5% and it would take around 22 years to deplete the "account". This is using numbers that started in times of very small contributions.....Kenneth's "deal" might break even for him, if he lives long enough....those that pay in at the more modern rates for a similar length of time could never come close.
