The admin claims that ONLY the President (or, ANY future President) can make such a designation... and that it is not subject to APPEAL, no evidence need be presented before a court, and indeed, the arrest itself may be SECRET and no acknowledgement ever made of it, no trial ever happen, and internment may be 'indefinite'.

There is a fundamental divide between this statement and the motions that have been introduced into Green's and Leon's courts. Could you please provide a reference for the above?
