one proposal being kicked around that i heard a few months back was lower ira tax on withdrawals.. for a one time forgiveness. just like the corporations bringing back money from international operations and only paying a small tax.

dropping ira tax on withdrawals for a year would certainly give a big lift to wiping out national debt. of course it would rob future tax years of income.
