These liberal judges won't give up. Red State - New York Judge Voids Gay-Marriage Ban By: Tex Whitley · Section: Breaking News FoxNews is reporting that a New York State Supreme Court Judge ruled that a state law banning gay marriage violates the New York constitution. State Supreme Court Justice Doris Ling-Cohan ruled that the words "husband," "wife," "groom" and "bride" in relevant sections of the Domestic Relations Law "shall be construed to mean 'spouse,"' and "all personal pronouns ... shall be construed to apply equally to either men or women."
