Hey, what's going on with the Gregoire situation? I read that there is to be a critical hearing today. Quite amazing! After I posted to you, the judge made another announcement. In that one, he said he will allow the trial to continue but a revote will not be permitted. As you know the GOP wanted to have a new election. The judge's second announcement pretty much puts the kabosh on that one. The state GOP chairman is furious. The GOP purposely set the trial in Chelan country with this judge. The county went heavily for Bush and Rossi, and the judge is GOP and I believe required a revote in another election. While the GOP claims its not giving up, I find it very unlikely that there will be a new election for governor as they desire. ted
