They would only get to vote in Israeli elections if the land was annexed to Israel and they became Israeli citizens which isn't going to happen.

Well some of the land has been "annexed" and that's where the settlements are. IF Israel was a real democracy (one man, one vote) then why shouldn't they accept the population in the lands that they control (Gaza and West Bank) as equally able to vote as the Israelis themselves? They are not democratic, they only allow a subset of the population in regions they control to vote.

You can't be selective democracy, buddy. Otherwise Saudi Arabia is a democracy and the King is the only guy who gets to vote (and he always wins the election!).
