However, the broader issue argued between you and Elroy is whether or not Israel is a democracy. No, the broader issue is where do Israel's borders exist? And what are Israel's obligations to the people that have lived within those borders for their entire lives? That's a much more important issue than figuring out how democratic Israel is to Israeli passport holders (a subset of the population).
