Interesting article but this statement is kind of interesting from I assume is an expert on the industry.

He's probably right that there is not much oil left to find, but to make a statement that Australia being the "world's driest continent and lacks the organic material required for oil creation" is kind of troubling from him. Well that is now <g> but what was it like in past geologic time when most of the oil being produced now was created. <g>.. Also a lot of Australia is not dry now, not that has any bearing on the past too. <g>

I don't know, I just thought it was "interesting" statement based upon my experience..
