I completely agree with you on this. Look at the posts on AMD when it was trading at around $11. I've been noticing a bit of the same on the ANET thread lately.

GEMS is starting to worry me a bit, though. It's been my worst performer over the last month, and (the thing that makes me nervous) there haven't been any deal announcements from management lately.
