Maybe because Big guy Buckey had more pull at the SEC LOLOLO

actually 2 reasons IMHO - #1 - it was the most fragrant collection of fraudulaent Nrs ever put out by one organization in such a short period of time.
#2 - there are deeper implications that go far beyond Marion Pino and a PINKIE

I filed my SEC complaint within a week of finding MLON. Early December - I was astounded by the news and if not for 8 months of similar News which I may or may not of read up to that point I may have actually beleived it. I decided to do some DD - OH GOD IM a trader not an investeor but I actually looked up all the old Nrs and the stuff was outragious. I also noted nothing had ever been verified but yet new promises came out.

SO I really think it came down to the fact that the MLON News releases were really so frgrant and obvious that the SEC had to move. I really think MLON thought they would get away with it.

This reaklly begs the question - Where is Mario? Pealasia and David Pedley - are they stateside? The MLON story will go far deeper that Mario Pino.
