Ray, the last time I checked, [an hour ago], CDMA cyberphones were being sold on a voluntary basis to anyone who wanted one. I saw no compulsion, theft or stealing, just adults freely transacting to buy goods and services.

You are obviously confused.

Also, in Los Angeles, I've seen bars on the windows. Not the windows of prisons, but of regular houses which very obviously did NOT belong to rich people. It's not just rich people fearing for their lives and buying security services and gated communities. There's something to be said for how Saudi Arabia handles crime.
