Joe, The insider works for CKE. It's interesting to hear the 26% figure (referring to CKE % ownership of CHKR). I'll bet that CKE is quite pleased that CHKR is for now deflated since it can pick up more shares at a bargain (if indeed they eventually plan on taking over CHKR completely). The higher the amount of CHKR owned by CKE, the faster the run-up could be once CHKR reports a profit, since there will be less shares available given x number of interested investors.
